Membership is open to any member of the Nigerian Bar Association upon satisfactory completion of this form and the payment of the Section dues which are:

Section Membership |

=N5, 000 (Five Thousand Naira only) per annum for lawyers between 1-5 years |
| |
= N10, 000 (Ten Thousand Naira only) per annum for lawyers above 5 years |
| |

| b.) |
Committee Membership |
| |
=N5, 000 (Five Hundred Naira only) per Committee per annum. |
| |

Please note that payment of ”a.” above entitles you to one free membership to any of the Section’s Committee of your choice, and also note that you can join as many Committees as you can be committed to with an extra N5, 000 for each committee. |
| The Section is currently made up of eight Committees that promote the participation of members of the Association towards achieving the objectives of the Section. Please tick the box beside each of the Committees that you wish to join as listed below and indicate your preferred free membership committee. |
METHOD OF PAYMENT |
- Pay all Section dues into the Section account, details of which are:
- Bank: UBA Plc. (Payments can be made at any of the bank branches nationwide)

- Name of Account: SECTION ON LEGAL PRACTICE (NBA)
- Payment could be in the form of cash, cheque, bank draft, or any mode acceptable by the bank.

- Online registration is subject to approval upon evidence of payment.

- Your information will be published on the Section's website and any membership directory of the Section, but personal information will be treated with utmost respect and in accordance with data requiring privacy.
