The Section On Legal Practice (SLP) has 14 committees, established to cover existing and new areas of interest, with a view to encouraging specialised legal practice for all Nigerian lawyers and law firms. Each of these committees would:

1. Promote exchange of information and views among members as to the laws, practices and procedures.
2. Assist members to deliver qualitative services to the public, and
3. Promote and provide Continuing Legal Education.
